1. General Terms
1.1. Payments for digital products (video courses and educational materials) are final.
1.2. By completing the payment, the User agrees that no refunds are provided after access to the product has been granted.
2. Video Courses and Training
2.1. Once access to a video course or materials has been provided, refunds are not available.
2.2. Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:
- technical inability to access the product due to the Seller’s fault;
- failure to provide the product entirely.
3. Consultations
3.1. A consultation may be canceled with a refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
3.3. In case of a no-show, the service is considered delivered.
4. Refund Procedure
4.1. To request a refund, the User must contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website.
4.2. Requests are reviewed within 3–7 business days.
4.3. Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method.
5. Transaction Cancellation
5.1. The User may cancel a transaction only before access to the product has been granted.
5.2. Once access is provided, the transaction cannot be canceled.
