For women and men who want to preserve the beauty and elasticity of the face, correct minor facial and structural defects, improve the shape and sculpture of the face.
Program:
- Breathing techniques to improve complexion and microcirculation in the skin;
- Set of exercises for all areas of the face (collar zone, neck, chin, lips, cheeks, cheekbones, nasolabial zone, eyes, forehead);
- Basics of facial control;
- Techniques for relaxing the face.
What do you get:
- Learn to control the facial expressions of your face;
- Master effective exercises for all areas of the face;
- Correct imperfections of your face (asymmettries, wrinkles, sogginess, puffiness, etc.);
- Learn to relax your face;
- Abstract with a photo and a description of the exercises.
How it goes:
8 lessons of 1,5 hours each, ONLINE group on Zoom (or other platforms if available)
