A calm and attentive, she would see my every move and correct me at once whenever I'd made a mistake. I can't even imagine how much effort and patience it takes to be able to notice everything like she did, correct me 100 times in a row and what is more - to listen to my suggestions with regard to certain exercises.))))) And now - the results. I have a naturally thin face, and what is more - I have facial expression lines (as we found out in the course of training) Sooo… I wasn't lucky at all with the build - my bones are skinny. But it turned out that muscles can be tightened pretty well even with those slim bones. Under Yulia's close guidance we managed just within two months (or maybe a little more) to add volume to the muscles and make them stronger I guess, especially in the central part of the face around nose and the cheek area. I just can feel it, the skin is tight, the muscles are strong.) I managed to relax the zone between the eyebrows as well.. let me emphasize here.. without using any wrinkle patches for expression control.. I was surprised to see that the turgor of the skin itself and the complexion also improved, some kind of pigmentation I had was now gone, the pimples too that I used to have before my every period and after it. My face looks much better now before the period - the swelling is not so bad. I keep practicing on my own now, I have things to work on. I'm now enjoying it. It's so interesting to continue sculpting your own looks. I wonder how far I can get here. Especially when people around tell me "Lena, you look great now".

Then I tried to repeat that at home. I guess I was making a lot of mistakes. I hope I didn't harm myself too much. But I was eager to study facebuilding techniques for myself and become a trainer. I wanted to learn training the facial muscles to keep my face toned. I really love all kinds of massage and cosmetology procedures, but at a certain age they are just not enough. This is how I found Jenya Baglyk school and met Yulia Tikhonova, their trainer. Yulia is a very friendly and an amiable person to deal with. She taught me every exercise very professionally, she managed to find an approach to explain everything. I didn't even think that so many muscles in my face were cramped. And because of that I couldn't do quite a few exercises correctly. As I started to work in this direction it became so clear that I should have learned all this much earlier… So I took the basic and the pro courses, worked on the exercises to master them in private sessions for a long time, trying to master them perfectly. Yulia was very helpful when preparing me for the entrance test, I was so nervous about it. Her support and the clues she'd given helped me immensely at the time… This is how I got to Jenya Baglyk's teacher training courses and I graduated successfully. I would like to thank Jenya Baglyk for her methodology and the most intense and interesting courses. And a special great thanks to Yulia for her professional approach and patience, and her attitude. Irina is very attentive in watching me doing the exercises, she takes every minor detail into account and corrects me the very moment she sees the tiniest flaw in the technique. YET, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT YOU SHOULDN'T SHIFT THE RESPONSIBILITY OVER TO THE TRAINER COMPLETELY. DO GET YOURSELF TOGETHER DURING A CLASS, TRY AND REMEMBER THE EXERCISES, REMEMBER THE COMMENTS, AND YOU SHOULD ALSO REPEAT THE EXERCISES AFTER CLASSES AND TRY TO REMEMBER THEM. JUST TRY. SENSE YOUR FACE AND UNDERSTAND WHICH MUSCLE IS WORKING AT EVERY GIVEN MOMENT. If you're now thinking who to choose for your course, I'd recommend Irina. I took the basic and the advanced courses to then apply for teacher training. And before you're admitted to join the teacher training, you need to pass an entrance test with Jenya Baglyk. I was worried that I would make some mistakes, but I passed the test from the first time! I'm so grateful to Irina for preparing me so well to the tests and going through all the exercises with me:):) Now I know all the exercises and stretching techniques, so I work out without checking the brochure.

FOR ME, THIS WAS IRINA BELSKAYA. I CANNOT EVEN IMAGINE THERE POSSIBLY IS A MORE SYMPATHETIC, TALENTED AND PATIENT INSTRUCTOR! I started to train on my own, using videos, but I had doubts all the time if I was doing the exercises correctly. Irina helped me get rid of any insecurities, corrected my technique and now the result is visible in my face, and this is the best motivator to continue training. Now I'm absolutely sure that professional consultations are absolutely necessary. And Irina is a real professional, passionate about her job and aiming at the results. (14.07.2018 13:04 Israel)I got to now facebuilding (or something of that kind) a long ago. That was among others Carol Maggio and even Runge. But I guess I wasn't diligent enough, or those might have been not the methodologies for me. I wouldn't get any noticeable results. Then I found out about Jenya Baglyk, and started to listen to her webinars, watch videos, little by little I learned the exercises that she was offering. I began to work out. On my own. The way that I thought it should be like. I kept training for about half a year. There weren't any results. So I lost heart and quit. I don't remember how long it took before I started to notice that there HAD been some results actually, even if small ones. Because at that point I'd noticed that my face would slowly but surely droop. I was not ready for further experimenting. I wasn't sure if I was dong everything correctly or if the pace was right… And even more to it - if I had 'prescribed' the correct exercises for myself. I guess amateurism is not acceptable here anyway. So these were the reasons how I got to the school's website. I studied the courses they were offering, went through the testimonials. It is thanks to the testimonials that I chose Irina Belskaya, the top trainer and the Special+ Course. Irina made me like her from the first class on - she is a very positive person, and our classes proved that she was a great professional, too. (15.05.2018 11:58 Rostov on Don)I was first incredibly impressed by Jenya's face. I was eager to master my face muscles too, and make them relaxed and natural-looking. Then I took the Basic and the Advanced Courses with Marta Pavlyuk. Marta, just like the first teacher at school, literally took me by the hand and led me)))) I was looking forward to every class with her. She is a very experienced and an educated trainer. I got replies with examples to every single question that I'd have, and I had a looooot of them)) I'm really pleased with the results! The muscles and the skin changed as soon as in a month's time, and the neck even faster! Of course I still have much to do to look like Jenya or Marta, but I love that, thanks to their teaching, I don't feel that huge gap between me, a newbie and them, experienced trainers. I'm sure that I will Also have the same muscles, and it'll happen soon. I'm seeing new results in my face every day! A start has been made and I have a great desire to continue! And I'm also very glad that I chose this very school of facebuilding, as now, when I understand the basics and skills of working with the facial muscles, I can see the nonsense that some other teachings offer, and how their "exercises" actually aggravate the problems.
